March 12, 2026, Picard Medical, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will host a webcasted
Annual Business Update on March 25, 2026 at 4:30p.m. Eastern Time. As discussed in the press release, the webcast will include management’s
review of fiscal year and fourth quarter 2025 financial results and a business overview addressing operational progress, commercial activity,
and strategic priorities, as well as perspectives from leading clinicians and a patient testimonial regarding the SynCardia Total Artificial
heart. Registration for the webcast is available via a link in the press release furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is also accessible
through the Company’s website at www.picardmedical.com. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current
