Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Rhea-AI Filing Summary

Propanc Biopharma, Inc. (PPCB) received a Nasdaq notice stating it failed the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market, based on its closing bid price for the 30 consecutive business days before October 21, 2026. The notice says the company’s securities will be delisted on November 2, 2026, unless Propanc requests an appeal by October 30, 2026.

Propanc intends to appeal and says it believes it cured the deficiency after receiving the notice. A requested appeal would stay delisting, with the securities remaining listed until the hearings panel decides. Because Propanc effected a reverse stock split during the prior one-year period, it is ineligible for the usual 180-calendar-day compliance period. The company says the notice does not affect its business, operations or SEC reporting requirements.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Bid Price Requirement regulatory
"compliance with the Bid Price Requirement"
A bid price requirement is a rule that specifies the minimum price a buyer must offer per share when making an official purchase proposal, tender offer, auction bid, or similar transaction. It matters to investors because it sets a floor for negotiations and valuation—like a reserve price in an auction—ensuring bids meet regulatory, contract or market standards and helping shareholders and markets judge whether an offer is fair or likely to succeed.
hearings panel regulatory
"appeal of this determination to a hearings panel"
A hearings panel is a review body at a stock exchange that hears the case when the exchange has decided a company no longer qualifies to keep its shares listed. The company presents a plan to regain compliance, and the panel decides whether the listing continues, on what conditions, and for how long. The decision can keep a stock trading or end its listing.
180-calendar day period regulatory
"afforded a 180-calendar day period to demonstrate compliance"

Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

On October 23, 2026, Propanc Biopharma, Inc. (the “Company”) received a written notice (the “Notice”) from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) indicating that the Company is not in compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market (the “Bid Price Requirement”). The Nasdaq Listing Rules require listed securities to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share, and, based upon the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock for the 30 consecutive business days prior to October 21, 2026, the Company no longer met this requirement. Normally, a company would be afforded a 180-calendar day period to demonstrate compliance with the Bid Price Requirement. However, pursuant to Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A)(iv), the Company is not eligible for any compliance period specified in Rule 5810(c)(3)(A) due to the fact that the Company had previously effected a reverse stock split over the prior one-year period. The Notice states that the Company’s securities will be delisted from The Nasdaq Capital Market on November 2, 2026, unless the Company requests an appeal of this determination to a hearings panel (the “Panel”) by October 30, 2026. The Notice states that requesting an appeal will stay the delisting and the Company’s securities will remain on The Nasdaq Capital Markets until the Panel’s decision. The Company intends to request this appeal by the October 30, 2026 deadline as the Company believes it has cured the Bid Price Requirement deficiency subsequent to the receipt and date of the Notice.

The Company’s receipt of the Notice does not affect the Company’s business, operations or reporting requirements with the Securities and Exchange Commission. If the Company’s common stock ultimately were to be delisted for any reason, it could negatively impact the Company by (i) reducing the liquidity and market price of the Company’s common stock; (ii) reducing the number of investors willing to hold or acquire the Company’s common stock, which could negatively impact the Company’s ability to raise equity financing; (iii) limiting the Company’s ability to use a registration statement to offer and sell freely tradable securities, thereby preventing the Company from accessing the public capital markets; and (iv) impairing the Company’s ability to provide equity incentives to its employees.
