On November 10, 2025, Profound Medical Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has regained exclusive distribution rights for TULSA-PRO® in Canada from Knight Therapeutics Inc. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
