Filing Explained

This Form 6-K furnishes QTREX’s September 2 material update and specifies that its press release’s first three paragraphs and forward-looking-statement disclaimer are incorporated into listed F-3 and S-8 registration statements from the filing date; this does not itself report an offering or sale.

Potential aggregate program revenue tens of millions of dollars Described for phased commercial pathway toward broader AME system rollouts
Defense partner order backlog tens of billions of dollars Backlog of the global aerospace and defense organization collaborating with QTREX
Announcement date September 2, 2026 Date QTREX announced the immediate deployment of its AME technology
Additively Manufactured Electronics technical
"advancing Additively Manufactured Electronics (“AME”) for quantum computing infrastructure"
Additively manufactured electronics are electronic components and circuits created by layer-by-layer printing techniques instead of traditional machining or assembly. Think of building a cake where each layer can contain wiring, sensors or conductive traces so a finished part can combine structure and electronics in one piece. For investors, this can cut production time and part counts, enable custom or lightweight designs, and open new product opportunities or cost savings across manufacturing and supply chains.
AME technology technical
"has begun deploying QTREX’s AME technology for a joint development program"
dilution cryostats technical
"developing high-density, thermally optimized quantum connectivity solutions for dilution cryostats"
A dilution cryostat is a laboratory machine that creates extremely low temperatures—thousandths of a degree above absolute zero—by using a special mixture of helium isotopes. Think of it as a super-powerful freezer that lets researchers test and run delicate technologies such as quantum processors and ultra-sensitive sensors. For investors, access to or development of these systems signals involvement in advanced, capital-intensive technologies with long development cycles and potential for high strategic value.
mission-critical environments technical
"advancing AME applications for defense, aerospace, missile, space, and other mission-critical environments"
Systems, facilities or settings where failure or downtime would cause serious harm to people, operations or finances—such as hospital operating rooms, air-traffic control, or data centers running payment networks. Investors care because equipment reliability, maintenance practices and regulatory approval in these environments directly affect revenue continuity, legal and safety risk, and the value of products or services that must perform without interruption; think of them as the ‘lifesaving gear’ of a business.
forward-looking statements regulatory
"This press release contains express or implied forward-looking statements"
Forward-looking statements are predictions or plans that companies share about what they expect to happen in the future, like estimating sales or profits. They matter because they help investors understand a company's outlook, but since they are based on guesses and assumptions, they can sometimes be wrong.
