Rhea-AI Filing Summary

Radiopharm Theranostics Ltd reported quarter-end cash of A$7.462 million and net cash used in operating activities of A$10.687 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Cash rose from A$4.137 million at the quarter’s start, while net financing cash flow was A$14.122 million; exchange-rate movements reduced cash by A$110,000. The Appendix 4C estimated 0.70 quarters of funding available. The company expects near-term operating cash outflows to remain broadly consistent with A$10.7 million in Q1 FY2027, with quarter-to-quarter variation depending on clinical activity.

During the quarter, Radiopharm completed an A$12.5 million institutional placement and an A$3 million share purchase plan and received a 2025 financial-year R&D tax refund of A$5,885,131. After September 30, 2026, it received $8 million from Rockford Capital under a facility secured against its anticipated FY26 R&D tax incentive. RAD101’s Phase 3 imaging trial is expected to initiate in 1Q27 after a successful FDA End-of-Phase 2 meeting; RAD101 has FDA Fast Track Designation. RAD301 Phase 1 imaging data supported advancement toward Phase 2, and RAD202 advanced to its fourth dosing cohort.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Filing Explained

Radiopharm says a December 2025 at-the-market facility can provide US$18.9 million through ADR issuance; this is financing capacity, not proceeds reported as received, and using it would mean gradual market sales of new shares, potentially expanding the share base.

End-of-Phase 2 (EOP2) meeting regulatory
"following a productive End-of-Phase 2 (EOP2) meeting"
An end-of-phase 2 (EoP2) meeting is a formal discussion between a drug developer and regulators to review mid-stage clinical results and agree on the design, size and success measures of the pivotal Phase 3 trials needed for approval. For investors, the meeting is like a road-test report with a traffic plan: a favorable outcome reduces uncertainty about whether the program can reach approval, shortens timelines and clarifies likely costs and risks.
Fast Track Designation regulatory
"has received FDA Fast Track Designation"
Fast track designation is a status the U.S. Food and Drug Administration grants to drugs intended to treat serious conditions and address an unmet medical need. It gives the developer more frequent communication with the FDA and can allow parts of the application to be reviewed on a rolling basis, and it may pave the way to priority review or accelerated approval. It can shorten development timelines, though it does not guarantee approval.
biodistribution medical
"positive safety and biodistribution"
Biodistribution is the map of where a drug, vaccine, or diagnostic agent travels and accumulates inside the body after administration. Investors care because where a product ends up affects how well it works, what side effects it may cause, and whether regulators will approve it—similar to tracking dye in a plumbing system to find leaks or blockages; unexpected destinations can raise safety, cost, and market-adoption risks.
Orphan Drug Designation regulatory
"previously received Orphan Drug Designation (ODD) from the FDA"
Orphan drug designation is a special status given to medicines developed to treat rare diseases affecting only a small number of people. This status often provides benefits like faster approval processes and financial incentives, making it more attractive for companies to develop these drugs. For investors, it signals potential for exclusive market rights and reduced competition, which can impact the drug’s profitability.
At-The-Market Facility financial
"an At-The-Market Facility was set up"
An at-the-market facility is a standing arrangement that lets a publicly traded company sell new shares directly into the open market at whatever the current market price is, typically through an investment bank acting as a sales agent. For investors it matters because it provides the company with a flexible way to raise cash without a large, one-time share offering; however, selling additional shares can dilute existing ownership and, by increasing supply, may pressure the stock price like adding more tickets to a limited-seat event.

Program and Business Updates

18F-RAD101 – Small molecule targeting fatty acid synthase radiolabelled with Fluorine-18

RAD101 is currently being prepared for a pivotal, multi-center, global Phase 3 imaging trial following a productive End-of-Phase 2 (EOP2) meeting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in individuals with confirmed recurrent brain metastases from solid tumors of different origins. RAD101 has received FDA Fast Track Designation to distinguish between recurrent disease and treatment effect of brain metastases originating from solid tumors of different origin including leptomeningeal disease. The company also recently announced a partnership with Siemens Healthineers, who will manufacture and distribute doses of 18F-labeled RAD101 to support Radiopharm’s upcoming Phase 3 registrational trial in the U.S.

●In October 2026, the Company announced the successful completion of an EOP2 meeting with the FDA for RAD101 for the detection of brain metastases. Previously reported Phase 2b clinical data showed that RAD101 demonstrated 93% concordance with MRI across all evaluable lesions, meeting the Phase 2 trial’s primary endpoint.

RV-01 (Betabart) is a monoclonal antibody targeting the 4Ig isoform of B7H3, an immune checkpoint protein that is highly expressed in tumors and not in healthy tissue. In multiple preclinical studies, RV-01 has shown tumor shrinkage and prolonged survival. This is the first radiopharmaceutical therapeutic developed by Radiopharm Ventures, a joint venture between Radiopharm Theranostics and the MD Anderson Cancer Center.

●In August 2026, the Company dosed the first patient in the second cohort of its First-In-Human (FIH) Phase 1/2 clinical trial of RV-01 in patients with B7-H3 expressing tumors. The dosing of the first patient came following a positive recommendation from the Safety and Monitoring Committee (SMC) to advance to the 70mCi dose.

●The Phase 1/2a clinical trial of RV-01 is a dose escalation and expansion trial designed to evaluate the safety, biodistribution, radiation dosimetry and preliminary anti-tumor activity of RV-01 in B7-H3 expressing tumors. The trial will determine the recommended dose of RV-01 to move forward in future studies. The Phase 1/2a study is currently being conducted at clinical centers across the U.S.

Tb161-RAD 402 – Monoclonal antibody targeting KLK3 radiolabelled with Terbium 161

RAD402 is a monoclonal antibody targeting Kallikrein Related Peptidase 3 (KLK3) radiolabelled with the radionuclide 161Tb for the treatment of prostate cancer. In preclinical mouse models, RAD 402 showed strong tumor targeting, limited bone and marrow uptake, and a hepatic excretion profile consistent with expectations for a monoclonal antibody.

●The Company continues to progress its First-In-Human (FIH) Phase 1 clinical trial of RAD402, designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, whole-body distribution, and preliminary clinical activity of RAD402 in patients with advanced prostate cancer. The dose escalation Phase 1 study is designed to determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose and recommended Phase 2 dose for expansion.

Ga68-RAD301 – Peptide targeting αvB-integrin radiolabeled with Gallium 68

RAD301 is being evaluated in a Phase 1 imaging trial in patients with Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC). The αvB-integrin is a cellular marker for tumor invasion and metastatic growth, which correlates with decreased survival in several carcinomas, particularly pancreatic. RAD301 has previously received Orphan Drug Designation (ODD) from the FDA and data from the Phase 1 trial is supportive of continuing its development.

●In September 2026, the Company announced positive data from the Phase 1 trial of RAD301 in patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. RAD301 demonstrated a favorable safety profile in all evaluable participants as well as favorable biodistribution and significant tumor uptake in pancreatic cancer metastases, which supports the potential of αvβ6-integrin as a target for future therapeutic development and potentially as a theranostic pair.

8.6.1Does the entity expect that it will continue to have the current level of net operating cash flows for the time being and, if not, why not?

Answer: The Company expects its near-term net operating cash outflows to remain broadly consistent with the A$10.7 million recorded in Q1 FY2027, although expenditure is expected to vary between quarters depending on the timing and progression of clinical activities. Q1 expenditure reflected significant progress across the Company’s clinical portfolio, including:

    1) Achieving partial response in Phase 1 Trial of RAD204
    2) Positive Phase 2b Trial Results of RAD 101
    3) Advancing to cohort 4 in 177Lu-RAD202 Phae 1 HEAT Trial

8.6.2 Has the entity taken any steps, or does it propose to take any steps, to raise further cash to fund its operations and, if so, what are those steps and how likely does it believe that they will be successful?

Answer: The Board is continuing to assess alternative capital sources, and the Directors believe that the Company can raise sufficient capital in the form of equity financing and or non-dilutive inflows. In December 2025 a At-The-Market Facility was set up to allow the company to draw upon US$18.9 million for the issue of ADR’s.
