(the “Company”), filed Articles of Correction (the “Articles of Correction”) with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to correct a clerical error in the definition of Voting Threshold Date in the Company’s Amended and Restated Articles of Organization dated December 19, 2024 (the “Articles”). The Articles of Correction is effective as of December 19, 2024, the original effective date of the Articles.
