Effective
as of September 30, 2025, Dan Redington, Executive Vice President, Global Sales at Ribbon Communications Inc. (“Ribbon” or
the “Company”) will be leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities. Ribbon expects to appoint a new head of Global
Sales prior to the end of the third quarter of 2025.
