How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Revelation Biosciences, Inc. Announces Financial Results

For the Three and Nine Months Ended September 30, 2026

SAN DIEGO – November 5, 2026 – Revelation Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: REVB) (the “Company” or “Revelation”), a clinical-stage life sciences company developing innovative solutions to treat acute and chronic disease, today reported its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026.

Corporate Highlights

•
Released results of an independent market assessment that showed a potential $94 billion total addressable market for Gemini
•
Announced that it has selected a full-service contract research organization (CRO) with global operations to serve as the CRO for our upcoming study for evaluating Gemini in patients with acute kidney injury (AKI)

“The Revelation team remains focused on progressing Gemini's development for the benefit of patients,” said James Rolke, Chief Executive Officer of Revelation. “We look forward to providing additional updates in the near term.”

Results of Operations

As of September 30, 2026, Revelation had $9.1 million in cash and cash equivalents, compared to $10.7 million as of December 31, 2025. The decrease in cash and cash equivalents was primarily due to net cash proceeds from the January 2026 warrant inducement, offset by cash used for operating activities. Based on current operating plans and projections, Revelation believes its current cash and cash equivalents are sufficient to fund operations into the second quarter of 2027.

Net cash used for operating activities for the three months ended September 30, 2026 was $2.6 million compared to net cash used for operating activities of $1.6 million for the same period in 2025. Net loss for the three months ended September 30, 2026 was $3.3 million, or $5.92 basic and diluted net loss per share compared to net loss of $1.9 million, or $49.51 basic and diluted net loss per share for the three months ended September 30, 2025. Net loss for the nine months ended September 30, 2026 was $9.6 million, or $29.37 basic and diluted net loss per share compared to net loss of $6.4 million, or $273.33 basic and diluted net loss per share for the nine months ended September 30, 2025.
