How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

same-store sales financial
"same-store sales increased 12.1%"
Same-store sales measure the revenue generated by stores that have been open for a certain period, typically a year, comparing their sales over different time frames. It helps assess whether a business is growing due to increased customer activity at existing locations rather than new stores. For investors, this figure indicates the health and performance of a company's core operations, independent of expansion efforts.
non-core operations financial
"Revenues from non-core operations"
Non-core operations are business activities, assets, or divisions that fall outside a company's main products, services, or strategic focus—such as side businesses, excess real estate, or legacy units that do not drive the primary revenue stream. Investors pay attention because these parts can affect overall profit and cash flow and may be sold, spun off, or restructured to raise money or simplify the business, much like clearing out attic items to focus resources on running the main household.
