How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

organic revenue financial
"organic revenue was +7% and acquisition contribution was +1%"
Organic revenue is the sales a company generates from its regular business activities after stripping out extra effects like revenue added or lost from buying or selling other businesses and from currency swings. Think of it as measuring how much a store’s own customers increased spending, not growth from opening new stores or temporary price moves; investors use it to judge the true strength and sustainability of a company’s core demand.
Adjusted EBITDA financial
"Adjusted EBITDA increased 7% to $864 million"
Adjusted EBITDA is a way companies measure how much money they make from their core operations, like running a business, by removing certain costs or income that aren’t part of regular business activities. It helps investors see how well a company is doing without distractions from unusual expenses or gains, making it easier to compare companies or track performance over time.
adjusted DEPS financial
"adjusted DEPS increased 15% to $5.89"
non-GAAP financial information financial
"supplements its consolidated financial statements presented on a GAAP basis"
Non-gaap financial information are company-reported numbers that adjust standard accounting results to remove items management considers one-time, unusual, or not representative of ongoing business — for example, adjusted earnings or cash flow measures. Investors use them like a cleaned-up snapshot (wiping dirt off a window) to see underlying performance trends, but because companies choose what to exclude these figures can vary and should be compared with the official GAAP statements and disclosures.
equity investment (gain) loss, net financial
"reported as “equity investment (gain) loss, net.”"

Third quarter 2026 highlights

•Revenue increased 8% to $2.17 billion; organic revenue was +7% and acquisition contribution was +1%

•Adjusted EBITDA increased 7% to $864 million

"Roper delivered another solid quarter, with 8% total revenue growth, 7% organic revenue growth, 7% EBITDA growth, and 15% adjusted DEPS growth. During the quarter, we deployed $436 million toward three bolt-on acquisitions for our iPipeline, Procare, and Strata businesses, and we received $1.2 billion in proceeds from Indicor's sale of its instrumentation businesses," said Neil Hunn, Roper Technologies' President and CEO.

"This quarter, our businesses again brought several AI launches to market, highlighted by PowerPlan, Strata, and Vertafore. We are embedding agentic solutions directly into the workflows our customers rely on every day, and we are also evolving how we build, with smaller teams closer to customers and increasingly agentic development processes. Given the depth of our customer relationships, our proprietary and unique data sets, and our embedded position inside mission-critical workflows, we are well positioned to create value for customers with AI. We are laser focused on scaling adoption while continuing to accelerate innovation."

"Driven by third quarter adjusted DEPS that exceeded our expectations, we are raising our full year adjusted DEPS guidance. With more than $6 billion of capital deployment capacity, we will continue allocating capital with discipline to drive free cash flow per share compounding for our shareholders," concluded Mr. Hunn.
