On August 6, 2025, Sinclair, Inc. (the "Company") announced via press release the Company’s financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. The financial results of the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Sinclair Broadcast Group, LLC (“SBG”), are reflected within the Company’s financial results. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
