Rhea-AI Filing Summary

Sabine Royalty Trust announced that its trustee, Argent Trust Company, declared a $0.360390 per-unit cash distribution, payable November 30, 2026, to unitholders of record November 16, 2026. The distribution reflects primarily oil production for August 2026 and gas production for July 2026.

Preliminary volumes were 49,139 barrels of oil and 1,030,611 Mcf of gas, at preliminary prices of $82.57 per barrel and $2.59 per Mcf. Compared with prior-month figures of 45,391 barrels, 1,019,756 Mcf, $80.56 per barrel and $2.34 per Mcf, the trust said the distribution was higher primarily because production and prices increased. royalty income financial
"the related royalty income"
Royalty income is money a company or individual receives for allowing others to use its intellectual property, natural resources, or patented processes — like collecting rent when you let someone use your idea, song, mineral rights, or technology. It matters to investors because royalties can provide steady, often high-margin cash flow with low ongoing costs, making a business more predictable and easier to value; think of it as a durable revenue stream that keeps paying as long as the asset is in demand.
Mcf technical
"1,030,611 Mcf of gas"
Mcf stands for thousand cubic feet and is a standard unit used to measure natural gas volume. For investors, Mcf translates physical gas production or consumption into a metric that directly affects revenue and valuation—think of it as counting liters of fuel your car used, where higher Mcf usually means more product to sell or higher costs to buy, and changes can signal shifts in supply, demand, or profitability.

SABINE ROYALTY TRUST ANNOUNCES

MONTHLY CASH DISTRIBUTION FOR NOVEMBER 2026

Dallas, Texas, November 6, 2026 – Argent Trust Company, as Trustee of the Sabine Royalty Trust (NYSE: SBR), today declared a cash distribution to the holders of its units of beneficial interest of $0.360390 per unit, payable on November 30, 2026, to unit holders of record on November 16, 2026. Sabine’s cash distribution history, current and prior year financial reports and tax information booklets, a link to filings made with the Securities and Exchange Commission and more can be found on its website at http://www.sbr-sabine.com/. This distribution reflects primarily the oil production for August 2026 and the gas production for July 2026, which is considered current production. Preliminary production volumes are approximately 49,139 barrels of oil and 1,030,611 Mcf of gas. Preliminary prices are approximately $82.57 per barrel of oil and $2.59 per Mcf of gas.

This month’s distribution is higher than the previous month’s primarily due to an increase in oil and natural gas production, along with higher oil and natural gas pricing.

Sales volumes are recorded in the month the Trust receives and identifies the related royalty income. Because of this, sales volumes and pricing may fluctuate from month to month based on the timing of cash receipts.

Revenues are only distributed after they are received, verified, and posted. Most energy companies normally issue payment of royalties on or about the 25th of every month, and depending on mail delivery, a varying amount of royalties are not received until after the revenue posting on the last business day of the month. The revenues received after that date will be posted within 30 days of receipt.

Due to the timing of the end of the month of October, approximately $1,916,000 of revenue received will be posted in the following month of November in addition to normal cash receipts received during November. Since the close of business in October and prior to this press release, approximately $440,000 in revenue has been received.

The 2025 Annual Report with Form 10-K and the December 31, 2025, Reserve Summary are available on the Sabine website at http://www.sbr-sabine.com/.
