LMP Capital and Income Fund, Inc. filed a prospectus/SAI supplement updating its portfolio management disclosures. Effective May 1, 2026, the Prospectus replaces the "Investment Management Team" section to list ClearBridge and Western Asset portfolio managers and their roles.
