ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 29, 2025, SCI Engineered Materials (the “Company”) announced Gerald S. Blaskie, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary plans to retire in April 2026. Mr. Blaskie’s retirement is for personal reasons and not in connection with any known disagreement with the Company on any matter. A thorough search process will be completed prior to the retirement date culminating with a successor in place prior to his departure.
