On August 2, 2026, Robert Brown resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of SideChannel, Inc. (the “Company”). His resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, known to an executive officer of the Company, on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Immediately following General (Retired) Brown’s resignation, there were four directors. The size of the Board has been set at seven members; accordingly, there are currently three vacancies.
