On July 20, 2026, Tracy Willis, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Shenandoah Telecommunications Company (the “Company”), notified the Company of her intention to resign from the Company, effective August 6, 2026. Effective upon her departure, James Volk, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer and will continue to serve as the Company’s principal financial officer.
