Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (“Company” or “CSN”) (B3: CSNA3; NYSE: SID), pursuant to article 157, paragraph 4, of Law No. 6,404/1976 and CVM Resolution No. 44/2021, and further to the Material Fact disclosed on January 15, 2026, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in accordance with the established timetable and in continuation of the process for the potential full divestment of its subsidiary CSN Cimentos S.A., it has received binding proposals from the potential purchasers authorized to participate in this stage of the competitive process.

The Company further informs that it is currently evaluating the binding proposals and will keep its investors and the market in general duly informed of any further material developments, pursuant to applicable laws and regulations.
