Monthly web rates as of December 31, 2025 and December 31, 2024 was $0.91 and $0.97, respectively.

 

Monthly move-in rates as of December 31, 2025 and December 31, 2024 was $0.88 and $0.94, respectively.

 

Monthly in-place rates as of December 31, 2025 and December 31, 2024 was $1.63 and $1.63, respectively.
