On November 10, 2025, S&P Global Inc. (the "Registrant") announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") appointed Robert Moritz to serve as a Director of the Registrant, effective March 1, 2026. This amendment is to update the effective date of Mr. Moritz's appointment to the Board and the committees to which he is appointed to February 1, 2026.
