SQM ANNOUNCES THE DATE FOR ITS SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING

Santiago, Chile, March 17, 2026 –Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM) (NYSE: SQM; Santiago Stock Exchange: SQM-B, SQM-A) informs that its Board agreed to hold SQM’s Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting (the “Meeting“) at 10:00 a.m. (Chile time) on Thursday, April 23, 2026.

The voting instruction card to holders of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) representing SQM’s Series B shares, in connection with matters to be discussed in the Meeting, will be communicated to The Bank of New York Mellon, as depositary, at 4:00 p.m. (EDT) on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
