ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 10, 2025, SSR Mining Inc., a British Columbia corporation
(the “Company”), issued a news release announcing the results of a Technical Report Summary (“TRS”) for the Cripple
Creek & Victor Gold Mine (“CC&V”) in Colorado, USA (the “2025 CC&V TRS”), a copy of which is furnished
as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
The information presented in Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form
8-K and Exhibit 99.2 is being furnished and shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section, nor shall
