KCSA monthly fee US$10,000 per month Investor relations agreement
Initial agreement term 4 months Effective November 1, 2026
Cantor Convergence dates November 10–12, 2026 Miami Beach
Solana Breakpoint dates November 15–17, 2026 London
non-deal roadshows financial
"investor meetings, non-deal roadshows and investor conference participation"
Non-deal roadshows are organized in-person or virtual meetings where a company's management meets current or potential investors without offering securities for sale. They matter because these meetings let investors evaluate leadership, strategy and outlook firsthand—like an interview or audition—and can change investor confidence, broaden the shareholder base, and indirectly affect a company’s stock price even though no transaction occurs.
capital markets advisory services financial
"investor relations and capital markets advisory services"
forward-looking information regulatory
"contains "forward-looking information" within the meaning of applicable securities laws"
Forward-looking information are predictions, plans, estimates or expectations about a company’s future performance, results or events, such as sales forecasts, project timelines, or anticipated costs. It matters to investors because these statements guide expectations but rely on assumptions and uncertain factors—like a weather forecast for a business—so investors should treat them as informed guesses rather than guarantees and consider the risks and possible changes behind the numbers.
