aggregate offering price financial
"increased the aggregate offering price of the American Depositary Shares"
The aggregate offering price is the total dollar amount that will be raised if all the securities in an offering are sold at the stated offering price, before fees or expenses are taken out. Investors use it to gauge the size of the fundraising and its potential effects—such as how much cash the company will get and how much existing ownership might be reduced—similar to totaling every item’s price in a shopping cart to see the full bill.
American Depositary Shares financial
"American Depositary Shares (“ADS”), each representing twelve thousand ordinary shares"
American depositary shares (ADSs) are a way for investors in the United States to buy shares of foreign companies without dealing with international markets directly. They represent ownership in a foreign company's stock and are traded on U.S. stock exchanges, making it easier for American investors to buy, sell, and own parts of companies from around the world.
At-the-Market Offering Agreement financial
"pursuant to the At-the-Market Offering Agreement"
An at-the-market offering agreement lets a public company sell newly issued shares into the open market over time at the current trading price through an appointed broker, rather than all at once. Investors care because it provides the company flexible access to cash but can slowly reduce each existing shareholder’s ownership and put downward pressure on the stock price—like a shop owner quietly adding items for sale to a crowded shelf.
shelf registration statement regulatory
"pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form F-3"
A shelf registration statement is a document a company files with regulators that allows it to sell shares or bonds quickly when it’s a good time to raise money. It’s like having a pre-approved plan ready so the company can act fast without going through lengthy paperwork each time they want to sell, making fundraising more flexible.
