OLD GREENWICH, Conn., Nov. 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Star Equity Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: STRR and STRRP) ("Star" or the "Company"), a diversified holding company, announced today its Hudson Talent Solutions business ("HTS") has acquired Cornerstone RPO LLC ("Cornerstone"), a recruitment process outsourcing ("RPO") provider based in Richmond, Virginia. With Cornerstone, we are adding established client relationships, an experienced U.S. team, and a proven sales leader. Cornerstone has built a strong business by staying close to its clients and delivering flexible solutions that work effectively. We see a clear opportunity to grow Cornerstone’s existing client engagements into larger, longer-term programs through HTS's enterprise RPO, talent advisory, and TalentFusion™ capabilities, without losing the responsiveness and human connection that define strong partnerships.
