Insights

Sinovac has restored Nasdaq listing compliance but remains monitored until May 2027.

Sinovac Biotech Ltd. received a Nasdaq notification on June 10, 2026 confirming it regained compliance with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). This followed the company’s filing of its Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2025 on June 5, 2026, resolving its reporting deficiency.

The company remains under a Mandatory Panel Monitor pursuant to Listing Rule 5815(d)(4)(B) until May 20, 2027, as set out in the Hearing Panel’s prior compliance determination. This means Nasdaq will continue to oversee Sinovac’s ongoing adherence to listing standards, but the immediate delisting risk tied to the prior non-compliance has been addressed.

The cancellation of the previously scheduled hearing indicates that no further remedial actions are required at this time beyond maintaining timely and complete reporting. Future company filings and disclosures will show whether Sinovac continues to satisfy Nasdaq’s requirements throughout the monitoring period ending in 2027.
