CONTENTS
On August 17, 2025 SaverOne 2014 Ltd. (the “Company”) convened its previously scheduled Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”). However, due to the lack of the requisite quorum, the AGM was adjourned to August 18, 2025, as provided for in the Company’s Articles of Association.
On August 18, 2025, at the adjourned AGM, the shareholders of the Company approved each of the five proposals brought before the Company’s shareholders at the AGM, in accordance with the majority required for each proposal. Each of those proposals was described in the Company’s Notice and Proxy Statement with respect to the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, dated July 11, 2025, attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Form 6-K that was furnished to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 11, 2025.
