sensor fusion technical
"classifying the operating mode of one or more mobile communication devices using sensor fusion"
Sensor fusion is the process of combining data from multiple sensors—like cameras, radar, microphones, or motion detectors—to create a single, clearer picture of what’s happening in the real world. For investors, better fusion means products and systems that are safer, more reliable, or smarter (think a car using several eyes and ears to avoid collisions), which can reduce costs, speed product adoption, and improve a company’s competitive edge.
RF-based solutions technical
"a technology company specializing in advanced transportation safety and RF-based solutions"
RF-based solutions use radio-frequency energy or signals—the same invisible waves that carry radio and Wi‑Fi—to perform tasks such as wireless communication, sensing, remote control, or targeted heating in devices and systems. Investors care because these technologies often drive product performance, regulatory approval, spectrum/access needs and recurring revenue from networks or medical procedures; think of RF as the invisible toolset that can make a product work faster, reach more users, or require specific approvals and infrastructure investment.
vulnerable road users (VRU) technical
"early location and direction detection under all visibility conditions of vulnerable road users (VRU)"
forward-looking statements regulatory
"This press release contains “forward-looking statements” within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act"
Forward-looking statements are predictions or plans that companies share about what they expect to happen in the future, like estimating sales or profits. They matter because they help investors understand a company's outlook, but since they are based on guesses and assumptions, they can sometimes be wrong.
going concern financial
"SaverOne’s planned level of revenues and capital expenditures and its ability to continue as a going concern"
A going concern is a business that is expected to continue its operations and meet its obligations for the foreseeable future, rather than shutting down or selling off assets. This assumption matters to investors because it indicates stability and ongoing profitability, making the business a more reliable investment. Think of it as believing a restaurant will stay open and serve customers, rather than closing down suddenly.
