Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
Support Services Agreement
On November 5, 2026, 21Shares US LLC, the sponsor
(the “Sponsor”) of 21Shares Dogecoin ETF (the “Trust”), provided notice to House of Doge Inc. (the “Service
Provider”) of the termination, effective immediately, of the Support Services Agreement between the Sponsor, 21Shares AG and the
Service Provider relating to certain research, data, operational support and marketing services the Service Provider provides to the Trust.
The Sponsor has elected to terminate the Support Services Agreement pursuant to its terms.
