Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 23, 2025, Gentherm Incorporated (the “Company”) publicly announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2025 and updated 2025 guidance. A copy of the Company’s news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 23, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time, the Company will host a conference call to discuss the third quarter of 2025 financial results and provide an update on its full year 2025 guidance.
A copy of the supplemental materials that will be used during the conference call can be accessed on the Events page of the Investors section of the Company’s website at www.gentherm.com. The content of the Company’s website is not incorporated herein by reference.
