Articles of Incorporation regulatory
"approved the partial amendments to the Articles of Incorporation"
A formal legal document filed with a government authority that creates a corporation and sets its basic rules — for example the company name, business purpose, how many ownership shares can exist, and who can receive legal notices. It matters to investors because it defines ownership structure, voting rights, and limits on liability, shaping who controls the company and how future shares or dividends can affect an investor’s stake; think of it as the company’s birth certificate and rulebook.
Board of Corporate Auditors regulatory
"regarding the Board of Corporate Auditors and the Accounting Auditor"
Accounting Auditor financial
"appointment of Sakurazaka Audit Corporation as the Accounting Auditor"
record date financial
"with the record date being March 31, 2026"
The record date is the specific day when a company determines which shareholders are eligible to receive a dividend or participate in an upcoming vote. It’s like a cutoff date; if you own the stock on that day, you get the benefits or voting rights. This date matters because it decides who qualifies for certain company benefits.
