Here are the 424B prospectus supplements from T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF (TKNZ) in our archive over the last 12 months, newest first, and each one links through to the document itself with the summary and the scores our analysis gives it.
A 424B covers the supplement that carries the terms of a priced offering, so if you follow TKNZ and want that one kind of document rather than the whole filing history, this is the page to keep. The company's other filings, of every form, are on the full TKNZ filings page.
T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF (TKNZ) updated its prospectus effective immediately, revising eligible assets, index constituents, crypto market data, token descriptions and NAV reference rates. Based on the Sponsor’s assessment of available data as of October 23, 2026, eligible assets include NEAR and UNI. The Fund may invest in other Eligible Assets without prior notice, but will not invest in assets that are not eligible; shareholders will be informed of new Eligible Assets on the Fund’s website.
As of October 20, 2026, bitcoin represented 44.23% of the index, ether 11.91% and SOL 7.74%. Tables also report crypto assets’ market capitalizations, closing prices and circulating supplies, and map the assets and USDC to Lukka Digital Asset Median Reference Rates for NAV. Added descriptions cover NEAR and UNI’s network uses, governance and token economics. NEAR’s Nightshade and Doomslug technologies are not widely used and may not function as intended; cryptographic flaws could negatively affect NEAR’s value. UNI ownership does not represent equity in Uniswap Labs or entitle holders to liquidity-provider fees or direct protocol-revenue distributions.
T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF (TKNZ) updates its prospectus to expand and clarify the list of crypto assets it may hold, its benchmark index composition, industry data, and NAV calculation inputs.
The fund now treats 18 crypto assets as Eligible Assets, including BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, ADA, AVAX, LTC, DOT, DOGE, HBAR, BCH, LINK, XLM, SHIB, SUI, HYPE, BNB and ZEC, and may add others without prior notice, with updates posted on its website. The benchmark index weightings as of August 31, 2026 are revised, led by BTC at 39.54% and ETH at 18.86%. The supplement adds detailed market cap, price, and circulating supply data for each Eligible Asset as of August 30, 2026, and a comprehensive description of Zcash (ZEC), including a previously disclosed Orchard pool vulnerability, subsequent price impact, and the Ironwood upgrade.
The fund states it will not purchase or accept ZEC from shielded addresses and will not engage in shielded transactions, warning that any ZEC sent from a z-address will be frozen and effectively lost while the sender remains obligated to deliver unshielded ZEC. The NAV methodology table is also updated to list the Lukka Digital Asset Median Reference Rate pairs now used for each asset, including USDC.

The sponsor earns a 0.90% annual management fee on average daily net assets, with a contractual 0.15% waiver through May 31, 2027, resulting in a net fee of 0.75%; no fees were charged during the quarter. A subsequent seed purchase on July 14, 2026 added 599,200 shares for $14.98 million, and trading on NYSE Arca under symbol TKNZ began July 16, 2026, after quarter end. Extensive disclosures highlight significant risks related to crypto asset volatility, market structure, cybersecurity, and evolving regulation.
