TLF Q3 2025: Gross margin 58.9%, sale gain lifts YTD profit
Tandy Leather Factory (TLF) reported Q3 2025 results marked by stable sales but softer operating performance as it completed a major real estate transition. The company signed a 10‑year lease for new headquarters effective July 2025, increasing rent expense; it operated 101 stores at quarter‑end. Subsequent to quarter‑end, TLF renewed its credit facility through October 31, 2026 for up to $4.0 million at CME Term SOFR + 210 bps, with no borrowings outstanding.
