International Holdings Limited Announces Fiscal Year 2025 Guidance
SINGAPORE,
February 24, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Ten-League International Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: TLIH) (the “Company” or “Ten-League”),
a Singapore-based provider of turnkey project solutions, is pleased to announce the following financial guidance for Fiscal Year 2025.
Fiscal Year 2025 refers to the 12-month period beginning on January 1, 2025, and ending on December 31, 2025.

revenue is expected to be in the range of S$75.0 million (US$58.3 million) to S$76.0 million
(US$59.1 million), representing an increase in the range of S$16.5 million (US$15.5 million)
to S$17.5 million (US$16.3 million) or 28.2% to 29.9%, as compared to net revenue for the
previous 12-month period. |

income is expected to be in the range of S$5.0 million (US$3.9 million) to S$5.5 million
(US$4.3 million), representing an increase in the range of S$3.1 million (US$2.5 million)
to S$3.6 million (US$2.9 million) or 165.4% to 191.9%, as compared to net income for the
previous 12-month period. |

income per share is expected to be in the range of US$0.14 to US$0.15 per share, representing
an increase in the range of US$0.09 to US$0.10 or 174.3% to 201.7%, as compared to net income
per share for the previous 12-month period. |
