On November 13, 2025, TMC the metals company Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025 and providing a business update. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. In addition, the Company will hold a conference call on November 13, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. ET to discuss these results and the business update.
