On November 25, 2025, Ur-Energy Inc. (“Ur-Energy” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the retirement of Penne A. Goplerud, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective January 6, 2026. The Company also announced the appointment of David A. (Alex) Ritchie as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary effective January 6, 2026.
