On May 22, 2025, VCI Global Ltd. (the “Company”), initially filed a Registration Statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-287522) (together with the exhibits, the “Registration Statement”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”).

 

Pursuant to Rule 477 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), the Company hereby requests that the Commission consent to the withdrawal of the Registration Statement effective as of the date hereof. The Company is seeking withdrawal of the Registration Statement because it no longer wishes to register the proposed offering of securities on Form F-3. The Registration Statement has not been declared effective by the Commission and no securities have been issued or sold under the Registration Statement.
