Item 8.01.  Other Events.

On January 8, 2026, V.F. Corporation issued a notice of redemption for all of its outstanding 4.125% Senior Notes due 2026 (NYSE: VFC26) (the “Notes”). The redemption is expected to occur on February 7, 2026 (the “Redemption Date”). The Notes are redeemable at a redemption price that is equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed, plus any interest accrued and unpaid to, but excluding, the Redemption Date. The paying agent for the Notes is The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. The foregoing does not constitute a notice of redemption for the Notes.
