November 17, 2025, VerifyMe, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its three and
nine months ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit
99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
