As previously reported in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by WESCO International, Inc. (the “Company”) on February 10, 2026, David S. Schulz continued as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer through a mutually agreed date in February 2026, with Indraneel “Neel” Dev becoming Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on such mutually agreed date. The mutually agreed date for this transition was February 16, 2026. As noted in the prior Form 8-K, Mr. Schulz will continue at the Company as Executive Vice President and special advisor to the CEO until his retirement effective May 31, 2026.
