On August 21, 2025, the registrant issued a press release announcing its upcoming participation in the Morgan Stanley 13th Annual Laguna Conference on September 10, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
A live webcast for the conference will be publicly available on the conference date on the registrant’s internet website: www.werner.com in the “Investors” section under “News & Events” and then “Events Calendar”. A replay of the webcast will also be accessible by the public on such website for a limited period following the conference date.
