Departure of Director

On September 4, 2025, Ms. Jiaying Cai tendered her resignation as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Wetouch Technology Inc. (the “Company”). Ms. Jiaying Cai’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, the Board, management, or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

Appointment of Director

On September 5, 2025, the Board appointed Jian Feng to serve as a member of the Board, which became effective on September 5, 2025.
