Waste Management, Inc. reported higher results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026. Operating revenues were $6,684 million for the quarter and $12,911 million year‑to‑date. Income from operations reached $1,253 million in the quarter. Net income attributable to Waste Management, Inc. was $785 million for the quarter and $1,508 million for six months, with diluted earnings per share of $1.95 and $3.74, respectively.
Operating cash flow for the first half of 2026 was $3,227 million, funding capital expenditures of $1,280 million and solid waste acquisitions totaling $235 million.
