As of the date of this Form 12b-25, the Registrant has not filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2025. In light of the foregoing, the Registrant is unable to confirm that it will file the Quarterly Report within five (5) calendar days from the prescribed filing date.
