Here are the 424B prospectus supplements from Bitwise XRP ETF (XRP) in our archive over the last 12 months, newest first, and each one links through to the document itself with the summary and the scores our analysis gives it.
A 424B covers the supplement that carries the terms of a priced offering, so if you follow XRP and want that one kind of document rather than the whole filing history, this is the page to keep. The company's other filings, of every form, are on the full XRP filings page.
Bitwise XRP ETF is registering an indeterminate number of Shares for a continuous offering. The Trust holds XRP and seeks to provide exposure to its value, less operating expenses and other liabilities. It calculates NAV daily using the CME CF XRP – Dollar Reference Rate – New York Variant, based on executed trading activity across major XRP platforms, at 4:00 p.m. ET.
Shares are created and redeemed in 10,000-share Baskets through authorized participants, in XRP or cash. Cash received for creations is used to acquire XRP; redemptions may deliver XRP in kind or cash after XRP is sold. The Trust pays the Sponsor a 0.34% annual fee on XRP holdings, accruing daily and payable in XRP monthly in arrears; the Sponsor may temporarily waive some or all of it.
Shares trade on NYSE Arca under XRP and may trade at a premium or discount to NAV. Risks include XRP price volatility, regulatory changes, custody and private-key loss, and the possibility of losing all or substantially all of an investment. The Trust is passively managed and does not use leverage or derivatives.
