The Company changed its corporate name by filing a Certificate of Amendment to its Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation with the Delaware Secretary of State on August 27, 2025. A copy of the Certificate of Amendment to Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation is attached as Exhibit 3.1 hereto and incorporated by reference.
