On
August 6, 2025, James Chae, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Yoshiharu Global Co. (the “Company”),
notified the Company of his intention to resign from the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Chae’s departure from the Board was
not the result of any disagreement with management or the Board.
