On August 5, 2025, Yum China Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Initial 8-K”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission to report the appointment of Mr. Zhe (David) Wei to the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”). As of the filing of the Initial 8-K, the Committee assignments for Mr. Wei had not been determined.

 

The Initial 8-K is hereby amended solely to report that, on September 19, 2025, the Board appointed Mr. Wei to serve on the Food Safety and Sustainability Committee of the Board, effective on that date.
