Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 6, 2025, Zomedica Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
