Rhea AI AMSC FY2026

Profitability has crossed into positive territory, but cash conversion and balance-sheet expansion remain the defining mechanics.

FY2026 net income reached $133.8M while operating cash flow was only $23.1M, showing that reported earnings and cash generation are not yet moving together. The gap is amplified by a negative reported income-tax expense of -$117.1M, making the headline profit less representative of operating cash economics.

Gross margin expanded from 27.8% to 30.6% while operating margin moved above zero, a pattern consistent with improved unit economics and better absorption of operating costs as the business scaled. The improvement is operationally meaningful even though sales, general and administrative expense also increased.

Total assets jumped from $310.5M to $739.5M alongside goodwill rising to $175.4M, indicating a major balance-sheet reconfiguration rather than ordinary working-capital growth. Financing cash flow of $116.1M and investing cash flow of -$77.1M reinforce that the expansion involved substantial capital transactions.
