Rhea AI INTA FY2026

Cash generation has outpaced reported earnings, but 2026 capital returns weakened liquidity and reversed balance-sheet improvement.

In FY2026, the company reported a net loss of $41.3M while operating cash flow reached $146.8M. Free cash flow was $144.7M, indicating that accounting losses currently include substantial noncash charges or working-capital benefits rather than equivalent cash consumption.

Margin expansion did not translate into operating profitability: gross margin rose from 74.0% in FY2025 to 75.8% in FY2026, while operating margin moved from -5.4% to -6.9%. The combination suggests improved gross economics were more than absorbed by operating costs, so additional scale has not yet produced operating leverage.

The balance sheet became less flexible after capital returns. Current ratio fell from 1.3x in FY2025 to 0.8x in FY2026, while debt-to-equity increased from 0.7x to 1.4x. This coincided with $275.2M of share buybacks and a $282.7M financing cash outflow; equity consequently fell from $519.8M to $317.6M.
